What is a Mommy Calling Card? It’s similar in size and purpose to a business card. The front has a picture of your children or of you with your children. The back includes your contact information, including your children’s names.
Why on earth do you need something like that? First of all, they’re cute. And the cards I design have a picture of your kids righ on the card. And we all know how cute your kids are. Second of all, they’re useful. Want to exchange information with a fun mom you just met at the park with your kids, but the three pens in the bottom of your purse don’t work? Whip out a calling card and give it to your new friend. Want to have someone come over for a playdate, but writing your address on a crumpled napkin doesn’t feel like a classy thing to do? Hand the mom your calling card. Want to win the free burrito drawing at your favorite Mexican restaurant? Toss one of your calling cards in the fishbowl.
