Since it's Sunday, I took some time to work on one of my personal projects that keeps getting pushed to the bottom of my list of things to do - my photos of LDS (Mormon) temples. I have 5 or 6 folders of photos I've taken over the spring and summer, and I've never had the time to go through them, edit them and post them. So today, I decided to make the time. I'm so glad I did.
There is something that is nice about coming back to a set of photographs. I remember when I took these in June, that I was sad the sky was so cloudy. There wasn't much contrast. Then the next day, the light wasn't great - lots of shadows. I remember being disappointed in what I captured.
But when I started working on these today, I found so many that I really loved. (I even started working on a separate little project that I'll unveil later...) Working on these photos made a wonderful Sunday that much better.
